Refund policy

The Wild Jag plugins are free, so this policy covers paid plugins bought through this site.

14-day refunds

If a plugin isn't right for you, email support@wildjagaudio.com within 14 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

What happens to your license

When we refund a purchase, its license key is revoked and the plugin stops working on your computers the next time it checks in.

Problems first

If something isn't working, tell us before asking for a refund. Most issues can be fixed, and we'd like the chance.

Timing

Refunds are issued through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
