By downloading, buying or using a Wild Jag Audio plugin or this website you agree to these terms.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our plugins. Free plugins need no license key. Paid plugins need a license key, and one license can be activated on up to two of your computers at a time.
Audio you make with the plugins belongs to you.
What you can't do
- Copy, redistribute, resell or share the plugins or your license key.
- Reverse engineer the plugins, or bypass or tamper with licensing and activation.
- Use the plugins in a way that breaks the law.
No warranty
The plugins are provided as they are, to be used at your own risk. We make no warranty, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your projects.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wild Jag Audio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the plugins. Our total liability for any claim about a paid plugin is limited to the price you paid for it.
Licenses we may end
We may revoke a license that was refunded, obtained fraudulently, or shared in breach of these terms.
Third-party names
Hardware names such as Digidesign TurboSynth belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what our plugins are modelled on or inspired by. Wild Jag Audio is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
